Tallahassee, being a rapidly growing city, had the need to be more competitive in the real estate market. In 2004 Nick Jarrett, owner of Jarrett Consulting, was approached by a local real estate company with the idea of producing virtual tours for Realtors.
After doing research, Nick thought this was a great idea since there was no one in Tallahassee that produced virtual tours for Tallahassee and the surrounding areas. In late 2004, Nick began as a one man show doing virtual tours on the weekend under the business name Jarrett Consulting. Business began to boom. Nick saw the need to expand the virtual tour business so he decided to create a corporation under the name Tallahassee Tours.
Tallahassee Tours is the rapidly growing business you see today. It encompasses 2 employees, 1 full time and 1 part time photographer/builder.
